Leveraging the success of the Visit Newcastle website, the business events website integrates seamlessly and ensures consistency in messaging and branding.
The website has been developed with stakeholders front of mind to ensure their research and planning phase is as personalised as possible. Functionalities include:
- Self-serve portal – event organisers have the ability to search for a venue based on their event requirements.
- Venue listing – each venue has its own listing. Listings managed by City of Newcastle.
- Leads generator – event organisers complete a contact form that is sent direct to the venue for follow-up.
